E1 Economy Control Panel

The E1 is designed to operate an aerobic treatment unit.  This control panel will power one rotary or linear air compressor and one effluent pump.  The E1 economy control panel monitors the water level and system air pressure.

There is a top mounted red light and a buzzer in the door of the enclosure.

The 20 Amp pump circuit breaker will supply a 120VAC single phase ½ HP or smaller pump on demand. There will be a normally open pump float wired inline of the pump power that will allow the pump to run any time the float raises.

The 10 Amp air compressor circuit breaker will power one rotary or linear air compressor continuously. The 10 Amp alarm circuit breaker will power the alarm circuit. The High-Water alarm is designed to be used with a normally open float switch.  When the high-water float switch raises the alarm light and buzzer will activate.

A standard 1 PSI pressure switch is included and monitors the system pressure. The Normally Closed contact of the switch will open anytime the pressure of system drops below 1 psi, the alarm light and buzzer will activate. The alarm test and buzzer silence switches are mounted in the door of the enclosure.

The enclosure has a NEMA rating of 4X which protects from falling dirt, falling liquids, hose-directed water and corrosive agents.

The 10” x 8” x 4” enclosure is made of Polycarbonate with a hinged lockable door with latches and included screws to secure the door.  All electrical components are mounted inside the enclosure on an aluminum back plate.
